With 8 years in the specialty coffee industry, I’ve honed my skills from behind the bar to leading the charge in café design, staff management, and coffee menu creation. The last two years, spent helping to build and grow a hospitality group, were a game-changer for me. From designing café spaces to managing teams and developing unique coffee programs, every experience was a building block for launching Mia Piccola.

Now, as the owner of my own venture, my mission is to create a welcoming space where great coffee and vibrant community go hand-in-hand. Beyond the café, I’m passionate about fostering creativity through the arts and staying active in our local & beautiful outdoors.
